RollCage Maintenace and Support Contracts can be used interchangebly between computer network/hardware support and website maintenance.
Let's say you are contracted with Cage for a minimum of eight hours. Your monthly breakdown can look like this:
Example 1:
2 Hours of Monthly Maintence
3 Hours of Incoming Support Requests
1.5 Hours of Website Updates
1.5 Hours Remaining Roll Month to Month and Expire at the end of a year.
Example 2:
5 Hours of Technical Support
2 Hours of Monthly Maintenance
3 Hours Website Updates
Additional 2 Hours of overages will be invoiced at contracted rate in addition to the monthly support fee.
